Heat seal appliques are easy to place on a variety of surfaces, including garments, tote bags, placemats, and sheets. To apply the heat seal appliques, follow these instructions:
(1) Preheat the iron to the "cotton" setting. DO NOT USE STEAM DURING APPLICATION. (2) Position the design and cover it with a thin pressing cloth. (3) Press straight down with constant pressure for 25 seconds. DO NOT IRON BACK AND FORTH. (4) Allow the applique to cool thoroughly before using the item.
The heat seal appliques are designed for use on cotton and cotton-polyester fabrics. DO NOT APPLY THEM TO RAYON, NYLON, OR TRI-ACETATE FABRICS. These appliques are machine washable and dry cleanable. The manufacturer recommends using a delicate cycle and line drying.
