How to Apply an Iron-On Patch:

Lay out the garment or item you wish to apply the patch to, and carefully determine the exact location where you want the patch to be placed.

Position the patch in the desired spot on the garment.

Ensure that your iron is set to the hottest temperature that your fabric can tolerate, and that the "steam" function is turned off. Make certain that the iron is free of any water.

Place a thin towel over the patch, taking care not to disturb its positioning. The towel will protect both the patch and the surrounding fabric.

Firmly press the heated iron down onto the towel-covered patch, holding it in place for approximately 15 seconds. Apply as much pressure as possible by pressing down firmly.

After letting the area cool for about 15 minutes, check to see if the patch is securely adhered. If not, repeat the process.

For maximum security, use a sewing machine or needle and thread to stitch the patch onto the fabric. This will significantly reduce the chances of the patch becoming detached over time.

Avoid excessive washing of the item. Iron-on patches are intended to be permanent, but they may loosen gradually with repeated laundering.
